Gearing Up for Spring in Denim

Spring is just around the corner, unless you're in Australia and the weather is in the 80's already... But, either way, it's time to start thinking about some lightweight, warm weather pieces, and that makes me think denim! Here I am at Taronga Zoo wearing a fab denim romper from Indikah topped with my light pink Ace of Something woven fedora.

Denim dresses are a must have and we picked out two winners. First we have a medium denim from The Fifth available at BNKR and, on the right, a light denim from Forever 21.

For running around town, these two rompers are a nice alternative to the traditional dress. On the left we have an Enza Costa long sleeve romper available at Forward and on the right a sleeveless light colored romper from MM6 Maison Margiela also available at Forward.

Here in Bondi Beach everyone is wearing casual cool distressed shorts like these from The Fifth available at BNKR. Or, if it's not quite warm enough, this chic jumpsuit from Fluer Du Mal, available at Forward, is the way to go.

Keep warm on a chilly spring night with this light denim jacket from The Fifth available at BNKR.

Round out your look with this denim fedora from Forever 21 and denim circle bag from Urban Outfitters.

No outfit is complete without the perfect shoes, try these denim heels from Jimmy Choo, available at Intermix.

Or for something a little different try these super fun denim booties from Barbara Bui, also available at Intermix.

When it's warm out and you're ready to hit the beach, grab this denim bikini from Lisa Marie Fernandez!

Views of Sydney from The Rocks

The Rocks is one of the most iconic parts of Sydney. Whether you're downtown or on the beach, Sydney is full of stunning views and beautiful sights. From the Rocks, one of the oldest settlements in Sydney, you can see the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the world famous Opera House.

Here I am wearing my new Sass and Bide skirt that I got on my trip to Melbourne, paired with Wittner metallic heels, an Elevenparis tank, and a Rag & Bone bag

The weather and the views are perfect! Every day I find something new to admire in Sydney.

Melbourne Part 3: Shopping!

In addition to tennis and art, Melbourne has some great, quirky independent boutiques! I got to visit a few fun shops, starting with Limedrop

These funglasses from Limedrop are perfect for seeing the world through rainbow colored glasses!

Limedrop is artfully curated by owner Clea Gamick, and is a must visit for any fashionista in Melbourne.

I loved this linen jumpsuit with a gold metallic sheen.

Colorful nailpolishes, named for different areas of Melbourne, and vivid jewelry is on display at Limedrop.

There is a collection of super fun socks!

I was drawn to these metallic luxe bags in unusual sheens, the lavender one is amazing!

Flinders Lane has a number of boutiques, I found this sleek white dress at LIFEwithBird

PAM Store inside the Curtain House building features a modern and edgy streetwear concept.

I love their displays and prints!

These bags will definitely catch some eyes!
