On my trip across Europe this Summer, I saw some fabulous concept stores that incorporated elements of fashion, design, food and more to create some really unique shops.

One of my favorites is Snickarbacken 7 in Stockholm. Housed in a 19th century building formerly used as a stable, Snickarbacken 7 is a boutique shop, cafe, and gallery all in one! The shop's minimalist modern aesthetic is a great example of Swedish design.

Cafes are very popular for lunch (or "fika") in Stockholm, most larger restaurants don't open for lunch. The food at Snickarbacken 7 was really outstanding - I had a delicious salad with shrimp and local produce!

In Paris, The Broken Arm, located alongside a beautiful park in the Marais district, mixed cutting edge designers with a trendy cafe to create a happening center of Paris fashion culture.

Like Snickarbacken 7, the cafe was a real highlight at The Broken Arm. We tasted some incredibly fresh tomatoes paired with decadent burrata, it's not to miss!

Bold, bright patterns and avant garde shapes by high fashion designers and lots of streetwear were on display.
The Broken Arm is a great place to meet with friends and spend an afternoon!

In particular, their store windows were a real highlight! I picked up one of the balloons for my brother Daniel.
Creatures were featured prominently as well.
While many stores in Reykjavik trade in traditional Icelandic wares, such as the woven sweater known as the lopapeysa, My Concept Store eschews traditional products for the quirky and fun!
Although Greenland is mostly ice and Iceland is mostly green, Iceland was still a lot colder than most of Europe! I tried on some fun Fall gear.
Visit all these uber-cool stores!
